<br />updates that are being prepared to the personal manual and once completed an <br />ordinance will be before the council for approval. <br />Police Chief John Scarbrough addressed the council to present a plaque to <br />Councilmember Krug for his help in raising money to furnish an interrogation <br />room at the new Police Department. Also, Chief Scarbrough reported that he <br />has ordered four new police vehicles but is about $80,000.00 short due to the <br />age of the trade-in vehicles. He also said he has ordered Durango’s instead <br />pickup trucks. Councilmember Hubbard moved to pay the extra $80,000.00 out <br />the Alcohol Tax.
