The resolution <br />was given #2023-04-01-R. <br />C) CONSIDER A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN <br />OUTDATED DOCUMENTS OF THE CLERK/TREASURER’S AND THE <br />BATESVILLE WATER UTILITY OFFICES <br />Councilmember Bryant introduced a resolution to approve the destruction of certain <br />outdated documents of the Clerk/Treasurer’s office and the Batesville Water Utility <br />office. The resolution was given #2023- <br />04-02-R. <br />MAYOR COMMENTS <br />th <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh said the next council meeting is scheduled for May 9. The <br />Mayor asked the public to be patient with us for the removal of brush and limbs. We <br />have had several storms that have broken off limbs and uprooted trees and we are <br />responding as fast as we can to clean of those areas. <br /> <br />
