• (18) Any area or lot which may be prone to local flooding shall have the lowest allowable finished <br /> floor elevation indicated on the final plat. This elevation shall be compared to the 100-year <br /> flood elevation shown on the flood insurance study or, if not available, any other applicable <br /> study in which the 100-year flood elevation is depicted. The staff and the planning <br /> commission shall review and approve compliance with chapter applicable flood regulations. <br /> (c) Written information. <br /> (1) Error of closure calculations shall be submitted when requested. When errors are suspected, <br /> the planning commission may cause a survey to be made or check the final plat for <br /> correctness. <br /> (2) Certification of approval of water supply and sanitary sewage disposal by the appropriate <br /> agency,when not connected to the municipal system. <br /> (d) Certificates,fees and bills of assurance. <br /> (1) Final plat certificates.
