Except as otherwise provided in this Lease Agreement, all notices, <br /> certificates or other communications shall be sufficiently given and shall be deemed given when <br /> delivered by hand delivery or when the same has been mailed by registered or certified mail,postage <br /> prepaid, to the Issuer, the Company, or the Trustee.
