member shall serve an initial term of five (5) years, to be designated by the mayor. After said <br />initial appointment, the terms for each respective position shall be five years. <br />Section 2. Repealing conflicting Ordinances: <br />That any other Ordinances found to conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />Section 3: Invalidity <br />If any portion or portions of this ordinance are deemed or held to be invalid, such <br />invalidity shall not affect the remaining portions of this ordinance. <br />Section 4: Emergency Clause <br />That the need for the airport commission to be in compliance with state law is <br />immediate.
