RESOLUTION # <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF BATESVILLE TO ACCEPT A <br />DONATION OF GRAYS HOSPTIAL FROM MARKOSWKI INVESTMENTS <br />HOLDINGS, LLC <br />WHEREAS, Gray's Hospital has been declared to be a blighted area by the City Council; <br />WHEREAS, the City of Batesville has been working with the Arkansas Department of <br />Environmental Quality and the White River Planning & Development District, Inc. to secure grant <br />funds in order to raze the building; <br />WHEREAS, that Markowski Investments Holdings, LLC desires to donate Gray's to the <br />City of Batesville in order to accomplish the City's goal of razing said structure. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS <br />SECTION 1: That the City of Batesville hereby authorizes the purchase 477 E.
