RESOLUTION NO. 2025-12-03-R <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF BATESVILLE TO ACCEPT A <br /> DONATION OF GRAY'S HOSPTIAL FROM MARKOSWKI INVESTMENTS <br /> HOLDINGS, LLC <br /> WHEREAS, Gray's Hospital has been declared to be a blighted area by the City Council; <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Batesville has been working with the Arkansas Department of <br /> Environmental Quality and the White River Planning&Development District,Inc. to secure grant <br /> funds in order to raze the building; <br /> WHEREAS, that Markowski Investments Holdings,LLC desires to donate Gray's to the <br /> City of Batesville in order to accomplish the City's goal of razing said structure. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF BATESVILLE,ARKANSAS <br /> SECTION 1:That the City of Batesville hereby authorizes the purchase 477 E.
