ORDINANCE NO.2026 - <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE 2025-12-01 DUE TO SCRIVENER ERROR; AND <br />FOR OTHER PURPOSES. <br />WHEREAS, certain wording in section I of Ordinance 2025-12-01 was unclear as to what needed <br />amending and needs to be corrected in order to provide clarity. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS: <br />Section 1. Chapter 14.02.02 of Title 14 is amended as follows: <br />"Yard or Setback Side" is amended to read: <br />"Yard or Setback. Side (Interior Lot).
