The motion passed unanimously. <br /> The council entered executive session at 5:51 p.m.,upon their return at 6:05 <br /> p.m., Councilmember Roberts made a motion, seconded by Councilmember <br /> Fredricks to reappoint Shannon Haney and Nelson Barnett to the Historic District <br /> Commission for a three year term. The motion passed unanimously. <br />
