c. The Batesville Board of Appeals may affirm or overturn the decision of the appropriate <br /> official, in whole or in part, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable code. <br /> d. The appellant shall be notified in writing of the decision by the Batesville Appeals <br /> Commission. <br /> Section 10.
