ORDINANCE NO. 'O —O y AN ORDINANCE CREATING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR APPLICATION ACTIONS BROUGHT BEFORE THE BATESVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION AND THE BATESVILLE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE,ARKANSAS WHEREAS,certain applications for action come before the Batesville Planning Commission and the Batesville Board of Adjustments, including lot splits, minor subdivision plats,preliminary plats, final plats, determinations of use, conditional use,re- zones, variances and.appeals of Code Enforcement decisions, and WHEREAS,these applications for action require substantial staff time,including that of the Code Enforcement Officer, City Engineer, Fire Chief,Utilities Department, City Planning Consultant time, and including costs associated with City map updates, copying and other related expenses, and WHEREAS,the Batesville Planning Commission and the Batesville Board of Adjustments have reviewed the fees charged by similar cities in Arkansas and have made a recommendation concerning these fees to the Batesville City Council. j • NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDANIED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE,ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. FEE SCHEDULE ESTABLISHED There is hereby established the following fee schedule for applications for action brought before the Batesville Planning Commission and the Batesville Board of Adjustments: 1. Pre-application NO FEE 2. Lot Split $ 25.00 3. Minor Subdivision Plat $ 50.00 4. Preliminary Subdivision Plat $ 200.00 plus $ 4.00 per lot 5. Final Subdivison Plat $ 100.00 plus $ 2.00 per lot 6. Determination of Use $ 25.00 7. Conditional Use $ 100.00 8. Re-zone(residential) $ 150.00 9. Re-zone(commercial) $ 200.00 10. Variance(before violation) $ 50.00 11. Variance(after violation) $ 200.00 12. Appeal of Enforcement Decision $ 25.00 SECTION 2. CONFLICTS WITH EXISTING ORDINANCES REPEALED All conflicts with any existing ordinances or parts of existing ordinances are ® hereby repealed.
