The Issuer shall comply with the Davis-Bacon wage rate requirements of section 1606 of <br /> ARRA for the portion of the Project financed with the Bond. <br /> 2. The Issuer shall ensure that the standard Davis-Bacon contract clauses found in 29 CFR <br /> 5.5(a) are incorporated in any contracts for the portion of the Project financed with the <br /> Bond that are in excess of$2,000 for construction, alteration or repair (including painting <br /> and decorating). <br /> 3. The Issuer shall require contractors and subcontractors on the portion of the Project <br /> financed with the Bond to pay all laborers and mechanics working on such portion of the <br /> Project financed with the Bond the higher wage rate of the following: <br /> (a) wage rates not less than those prevailing on projects of a character similar in the <br /> locality as determined by the Secretary of Labor in accordance with subchapter IV <br /> of chapter 31 of title 40,United States Code, or <br /> (b) Arkansas's wage rates established from time to time. <br />
