Reynolds, husband and wife, Trustees of the Reynolds Living Trust, and for their petition, state: 1. They are the owners and fee simple absolute of the above described lands which are located in Independence County, Arkansas; and are contiguous to and adjoin the City of,Batesville, Arkansas;that being the sole owners of said land,they constitute a majority of the real estate owners in the area effected and own more than one-half of the area effected;that accurate maps showing the location of the above-described lands are attached hereto and made a part of this petition.
