r ORDINANCE NO. -/O AN ORDINANCE REZONING ANNE)MD PROPERTY OWNED BY PROFESSIONAL DENTAL TECHNOLOGIES INC. FROM R-I TO i-1 INDUSTRIAL; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BATESVILE AS FOLLOWS: (1) The following property be and the same is hereby rezoned from R-1 Residential to 1-1 Industrial. In accordance with municipal ordinance#999, section IV, subsection 4, all annexed property within the corporate limits of the City of Batesville is required a pubrlic hearing conducted before the city planning commission€or the determiri�tion of the most appropriate zoning district for the subject property. The Batesville Planning Commission conducted a pubfic hearing on September 9, 2002 art has recommended that the zoning district be designated as I-1 Industrial.
