AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING PROPERTY OF SOUTHERLAND FARMS LLLP FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL C-1; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND OTHER PURPOSES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS AS FOLLOWS: (1) The following city property be and the same hereby is rezoned from R-I Residential to Commercial C-1; said property presently owned by Southerland Farms LLLP along with the Greenberg Farrow Architecture and Engineering Development Company who is requesting the zoning classification change. The Batesville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on Monday, October 11, 2004 and has recommended that the zoning classification be changed from R-1 to C-1.
