RESOLUTION NO.6 �� f <br /> A RESOLUTION TO COMPLY <br /> WITH THE AMERICANS WITH <br /> DISABILITIES ACT <br /> WHEREAS, in order to be in compliance with The Americans With Disabilities Act <br /> (ADA) It is necessary for the City of Batesville to adopt a Self-Evaluation and Transition <br /> Plan Shortlist; and <br /> WHEREAS, in compliance with a litigation settlement, the City of Batesville has agreed <br /> to make 96 curb cuts over a five year period commencing with the year 2000. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BATESVILLE CITY <br /> COUNCIL <br /> The City of Batesville does hereby adopt the attached Self Evaluation and Transition Plan <br /> along with the attached list of curb cuts. <br /> PASSED and APPROVED this J?"-day of February 2001. <br /> )�aay�or <br /> rvu� �- <br /> Cit Clerk <br />
