RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CITY OF BATESVILLE EMPLOYEE <br /> HANDBOOK FOR THE CITY OF BATESVILLE; AND FOR OTHER <br /> PURPOSES <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Batesville had findings in its 1999 annual audit <br /> regarding inadequate policies and procedures in several areas in the City's <br /> Personnel Policy; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City wishes to comply with recommendations made by <br /> the City's auditors; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that the adoption of the <br /> said policy is in the best interest of the employees of the City of Batesville and its <br /> citizens. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR <br /> THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS: <br /> Section 1.
