This year's theme is the "Greatest Show on Earth" and Edward Jones <br /> is the presenting sponsor. The Expo will be spotlighting a Taste of the Chamber <br /> with local food vendors and booths with several other Chamber businesses. <br /> D) CONSIDER A RESOLUTION TO CONDEMN PROPERTY AT 325 LILLY STREET <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh asked Mr. Chad McClure, Code Enforcement Officer, to come <br /> forward. Mr. McClure made a recommendation that the property be condemned <br /> and the structure be torn down. Mayor Elumbaugh opened a public hearing at 5:50 <br /> p.m. Mr. McClure discussed the disrepair of the property and there being no one to <br /> speak against the condemnation the meeting was closed at 5:52 p.m. Mr. Bryant <br /> introduced a resolution to condemn the property. Mr. Castleberry read the <br /> resolution in full. Mr. Shetron made a motion to adopt the resolution, seconded by <br /> Mr. Bryant. All voted for. The resolution was given #2015-01-01-R. <br />
