ORDINANCE N0. 3 a BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY OF SCOTT CLARK AND MAX McELMURRY FROM R-1 TO R-2 IN NORTH PARK SUBDIVISION, AND FROM R-1 TO C-2 IN AJACENT PROPERTY AS SHOWN ON ATTACHED EXHIBIT MAP. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS AS FOLLOWS: 1. The legally described property below be rezoned from R-1 to R-2 and C-2 respectively, said property being located within the City Limits of the City of Batesville, Arkansas. a. ZONED FROM R-1 TO R-2 Legal Description: Lots 17 through 23 inclusive, of the North Park Addition to the City of Batesville, Arkansas. b. ZONED FROM R-1 TO C-2 Legal Description: A tract of land being a part of the NWi/4 of Section 9. T 13 N.
