The resolution was given #2015-03-01-R. <br />D) CONSIDER A RESOLUTION TO APPLY FOR FEDERAL -AID FUNDS TO <br />EXTEND THE BATESVILLE GREENWAY TRAIL <br />Councilmember Beller introduced a resolution to authorize Parks and Recreation <br />Director Jeff Owens to execute all the appropriate agreements and contracts <br />necessary to expedite the construction of the Greenway expansion. Mr. <br />Castleberry read the resolution in full. Mr. Owens said the expansion will begin <br />at the High School and go down the Baha (Jennings Lane) to Timberland Street. <br />He said there will be some drainage issues that will need to be corrected and <br />because of the terrain, hand rails will have to be installed. Councilmember Beller <br />moved to adopt the resolution and Councilmember Bryant seconded. The roll <br />call count was 7 for and 0 against. The resolution was given #2015-3-1-2-R <br />E) CONSIDER A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A <br />LEASE ADDENDUM TO THE JOSIE'S CURRENT LEASE AGREEMENT <br />Councilmember Bryant introduced a resolution to authorize the Mayor to enter <br />into a lease addendum to Josie's current lease agreement. Josie's Restaurant <br />sustained substantial damage during a fire on December 6t". Mr. Castleberry <br />read the resolution in full. Mr. Zach Mobley addressed the council and explained <br />the changes that will be made in the new building. He said the new floor plan <br />increases the seating capacity by 20% to about 300. Councilmember Bryant <br />moved to adopt the resolution and Councilmember Beller seconded. The roll call <br />count was 7 for and 0 against. The resolution was given #2015-3-3-R. <br />
