BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2006-1-2-R <br /> A RESOLUTION SETTING FEES FOR INTERNMENTS AND <br /> DIS-INTERNMENTS FOR OAKLAWN CEMETERY, GRAY'S ADDITION <br /> TO OAKLAWN CEMETERY AND THE MAUSOLEUM LOCATED AT <br /> OAKLAWN CEMETERY AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Batesville owns, operates and maintains said <br /> Oaklawn Cemetery and Gray's Addition to Oaklawn Cemetery and operates and <br /> maintains the Mausoleum located at Oaklawn Cemetery; and <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Batesville provides all internments and dis- <br /> internments for said cemetery; and <br /> WHEREAS, City codes provide that the City may establish fees for such <br /> internments and dis-internments; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to adopt a fee schedule for internments and dis- <br /> internments. <br /> NOW, BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the City adopts the fees for <br /> internments and dis-internments attached hereto as Exhibit A, for Oaklawn <br /> Cemetery, Gray's Addition to Oaklawn Cemetery and the Mausoleum located at <br /> Oaklawn Cemetery. <br /> IT IS SO RESOLVED this 24TH day of January, 2006. <br /> JOE M.
