Bryant introduced a resolution to change the comprehensive plan as <br /> recommended. Mr. Castleberry read the resolution in full. Councilmember Beller <br /> moved to adopt the resolution and Councilmember Matthews seconded. The roll <br /> call count was 8 for and 0 against. The resolution was given #2014-12-01-R. <br /> E) CONSIDER AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE BATESVILLE ZONING <br /> DISTRICTS MAP <br /> Councilmember Bryant introduced an ordinance to rezone certain properties from <br /> R-1 to R-2 and R-1 to C-1 located in the vicinity of Mill Heights, Dry Kiln and <br /> Harrison Streets. Councilmember Matthews moved to suspend the rules and <br /> read the ordinance by title only. Councilmember Bryant seconded and the roll <br /> call count was 8 for and 0 against. Mr. Castleberry read the ordinance by title <br /> only. Councilmember Matthews moved to further suspend the rules and suspend <br /> the second and third readings. Councilmember Henley seconded and the roll <br /> call vote was 8 for and 0 against. Councilmember Bryant then moved to adopt <br /> the ordinance and Councilmember Matthews seconded. The roll call count was <br /> 8 for and 0 against. The ordinance was given #2014-12-01. <br /> F) EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Councilmember Bryant moved to go into executive session. Councilmember <br /> Henley seconded and all voted for. <br /> Upon returning from executive session, Councilmember Shetron moved to re- <br /> appoint Mr. Terry King, Mr. Ron Lewallen and Ms. Barbara Fitzpatrick to the <br /> Historic District Commission. Councilmember Beller seconded and all voted for. <br /> Their terms will expire January 8, 2018. <br />
