INTEREST OF NEIGHBORING COMMUNITIES: In formulating this project, consideration has been given to <br /> the interest of communities that are near (Exact name of airport)Batesville Regional. <br /> ® b. THE DEVELOPMENT PROPOSED IN THIS PROJECT will not require the use of publicly owned land from a <br /> public park, recreation area, wildlife and fowl refuge, or a historical site under Federal, State, or Local <br /> jurisdiction. <br /> ❑ c.
