Park Addition to Batesville , Independence County, Arkansas, for the purpose of dedicating to the public use forever a cul-de-sac on the extension of Liberty Lane in Centennial. Park Addition to Independence County, Arkansas , the width, length and location thereof being more particularly set out below: A tract of land being a part of Lot Four (4 ) of the Centennial Park Addition to the City of Ratesvill.e , Independence County, Arkansas , more particularly t describe as follows : Fes, Commencing at the southwest corner of said T_.ot 4 ; thence N O1°14155" E a distance of 25 .0 feet to the north line of an existing road easement , said easement dated March 31 , 1989 and found in Plat Book "J" , page 367 of the Independence County Records; thence c 88045105" E along said north line a distance of 3.5 .7 feet to the point of beginning; thence northeasterly along a curve to the right , said curve having a radius of 50 . 0 feet a distance of 104 .72 feet to said north line.
