RESOLUTION NO. <br /> ' A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE <br /> A WARRANTY DEED TO CLARENCE J . BULLARD AND ALVIE JEAN BULLARD AND <br /> TO ACCEPT A WARRANTY DEED FROM CLARENCE J . BULLARD AND ALIVE JEAN <br /> BULLARD AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES . <br /> WHEREAS , Clarence J . Bullard and Alvie Jean Bullard and the <br /> Batesville Regional Airport Commissions have requested the City <br /> of Batesville, to move a 30 foot road easement located on the <br /> East side of the Bullard property to the West side of the <br /> property, and <br /> WHEREAS , the City of Batesville has agreed that the 30 foot <br /> road easement be moved from the East side of the property to the <br /> West side, and <br /> WHEREAS , it will be necessary to exchange deeds between the <br /> Bullards and the City of Batesville to effectuate this transfer , <br /> now <br /> BE IT THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE that the Mayor shall be authorized to <br /> execute the Warranty Deed from the City of Batesville, Arkansas <br /> to Clarence J. Bullard and Alvie Jean Bullard and shall be <br /> authorized to accept a Warranty Deed from Clarence J .
