Councilmember Henley seconded <br /> and the roll call count was 7 for and 0 against. <br /> C) DISCUSS RECOMMENDED CHANGES TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE MADE BY <br /> THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> The Mayor said they were not ready to discuss the proposed sign ordinance <br /> changes at this time. <br /> D) ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> City Engineer Damon Johnson addressed the council with his Engineer's Report. <br /> He said in the past week, the City has received 5 to 7 inches of rain which has <br /> caused several issues throughout the City. The river is expected to crest at 17 <br /> feet which will probably cause some erosion problems. Construction Department <br /> is continuing to work on the water/sewer line on Westside as well as Pfeiffer <br /> leaks. Wastewater Plant construction is progressing and should be online in the <br /> next couple of months. <br /> E) EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Councilmember Beller moved to go into executive session and Councilmember <br /> Henley seconded. All voted for. <br /> Upon returning from executive session, Councilmember Bryant moved to <br /> reappoint Ms. Nancy Phillips to the Housing Authority. Councilmember Shetron <br /> seconded and all voted for. Ms. Phillips term will expire May 27, 2020. <br /> F) REVIEW OF PAID BILLS REPORT <br /> The council was given a copy of the April 2015 paid bills report for review. <br /> MAYOR COMMENTS <br />
