A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE WILLINGNESS <br /> OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE TO UTILIZE FEDERAL-AID MONIES <br /> FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTY PROJECT: <br /> Sirnalization ofHiehway 25&Hirhway 167 <br /> Batesville <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Batesville understands Federal-Aid Surface Transportation funds <br /> are available for certain City projects at the following Federal participating ratios: <br /> Federal State City <br /> Tyne Work Work Phase Share Share Match <br /> Traffic Signals Construction& 80% 20% -0- <br /> Engineering <br /> Intersection Construction& 80% 20% -0- <br /> Improvements Engineering <br /> Right-of-Way& 80% 20% -0- <br /> Utilities <br /> City All Phases -0- -0- 100% <br /> projects <br /> programmed but <br /> not let to contract <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY'S GOVERNING BOARD OF <br /> THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT: <br /> SECTION I: The City will participate in accordance with its designated responsibility in this <br /> project. <br /> SECTION II: The City is hereby authorized and directed to execute all appropriate <br /> agreements and contracts necessary to expedite the construction of this City project. <br /> SECTION III: The City pledges its full support and hereby authorizes the Arkansas State <br /> Highway and Transportation Department to initiate action to construct this City project. <br /> THIS RESOLUTION adopted this_LAt day of CCuq uJl; 19 . <br /> )AYOR <br /> ATTEST. y �4� <br />
