• Is, <br /> GENERAL <br /> • WARRANTY DEED <br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> THAT Herman L. Martin and Sharron L. Martin, his wife, GRANTORS, for <br /> an in consideration of the sum of One and No/100 Dollars ($1.00), and other <br /> good and valuable consideration paid by Habitat For Humanity of Greater <br /> Jonesboro, Inc., GRANTEE, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do <br /> hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Grantee, and unto its <br /> successors and assigns forever, the following described lands situated in the <br /> County of INDEPENDENCE, State of Arkansas: <br /> A part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 8, Township 13 <br /> North, Range 6 West, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter <br /> i (SW 1/4) and run East 1,020 links to the place of beginning; thence <br /> run North for 75 feet; thence run East for 50 feet; thence run South <br /> for 75 feet; thence run West for 50 feet to the place of beginning. <br /> To have and to hold the same unto the said Grantee, and unto its <br /> successors and assigns forever, with all tenements, appurtenances and <br /> hereditaments thereunto belonging. <br /> And we hereby covenant with said Grantee that we will forever warrant <br /> and defend the title to said lands against all lawful claims whatsoever. <br /> And we, Herman L.
