MINUTES OF COUNCIL <br /> JANUARY 22, 2013 <br /> The Batesville City Council met in regular session on January 22, at 5:30 PM at <br /> the Municipal Building. Mayor Elumbaugh called the meeting to order. Councilmember <br /> Henley gave the invocation. Upon roll call, the following council answered present; <br /> Tommy Bryant, Margarett Henley, Paige Hubbard, Davy Insell, Fred Krug, Douglas <br /> Matthews, Chris Poole, and David Shetron. Also present were the City Clerk and the <br /> City Attorney. <br /> Councilmember Shetron moved to approve the minutes from the previous <br /> meeting. Councilmember Insell seconded and all voted for. <br /> Councilmember Henley moved to approve the prepared agenda. <br /> Councilmember Shetron seconded and all voted for. <br /> CITIZENS COMMENTS <br /> None <br /> UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> None <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> A) SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT REPORT <br /> The council was given a copy of the November, 2012 Activity and Status Report <br /> from the Sheriff's Department. <br /> B) CONSIDER A RESOLUTION FOR THE CHAMBER TO APPLY FOR A SAFE <br /> ROUTES TO SCHOOL GRANT <br /> Councilmember Bryant introduced a resolution pledging the City"s support and <br /> authorizing the Batesville Chamber of Commerce and Batesville School District <br />
