Councilmember Matthews seconded and all voted for. Mr. Mohlke's term will <br /> expire 01/10/2018. <br /> F) PAID BILLS REPORT <br /> The council was given a copy of the January, 2013 paid bills report for review. <br /> G) ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> City Engineer Damon Johnson gave the council a brief update on the <br /> construction activities going on throughout the City. <br /> MAYOR COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh informed the council of a bid opening this morning for the <br /> lease of 3 dump trucks, 2 for utility construction and 1 for city streets. The City <br /> received only one bid from Tri State Truck Center. The total bid per truck was <br /> $127,368.00 less $15,000.00 for equity from the trade-in vehicle. Councilmember <br /> Bryant moved to accept the bid and Councilmember Krug seconded. All voted for. <br /> The Mayor said he has had several phone calls regarding the lack of stop signs <br /> in the Eagle Mountain Subdivision. The Mayor recommended stop signs be placed at <br /> the following intersections; Eagle Mtn. Blvd with stop on Aberdeen, Aberdeen with stop <br /> on Aberdeen Circle, Aberdeen with stop on Cruz Court and Aberdeen with stop on <br /> Woodlands. Councilmember Bryant moved to place the stop signs per the Mayor's <br /> recommendation. Councilmember Krug seconded and all voted for. <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh said the other stop sign issue is at the intersection of lower <br /> College Street and South State. Currently the stop sign is on College Street. After a <br /> discussion, the council agreed that the through street should be College. <br /> Councilmember Shetron moved to remove the stop sign from College and place it on <br />
