Mayor Elumbaugh <br /> suggested that the council take the latest agreement home and read through it before <br /> making any further decisions. He said he would either call a special session or the <br /> matter would be discussed at the next meeting. <br /> The Mayor said Ms. Paula Grimes with Main Street Batesville had applied for and <br /> received a grant for Main Street Batesville for training. The grant is actually in the City's <br /> name so he asked for the council's approval to send Ms. Grimes for the training. <br /> Councilmember Bryant so moved and Councilmember Henley seconded. All voted for. <br /> The council was informed of a fixed asset disposal. The City sold of GovDeals a <br /> 2001 Chevrolet S10 from the Landscape Department, Unit#356 for $1,854.38. <br /> LIAISON REPORTS <br /> None <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilmember Insell said he had been asked if the City could use property that <br /> the City owns located on Neeley Street for a second community garden. He said it was <br /> his understanding that the lot size is too small according to our zoning laws for build on. <br /> Councilmember Bryant asked Mr. McClure to check and make sure that the lot could <br /> not be used of any other purpose before considering the request <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, Councilmember Krug moved that the meeting <br /> be adjourned.
