SUE SKINNER UPON HER RETIREMENT FOR HER YEARS OF <br /> SERVICE WITH THE CITY OF BATESVILLE <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh presented Ms. Sue Skinner with a plaque and Key to the City <br /> upon her retirement from the City. Ms. Skinner worked as the Mayor's secretary <br /> for five Mayors during her 39 '/2 years of employment. Former Mayor Jim Barnett <br /> spoke briefly and wished Ms. Skinner well. <br /> B) CONSIDER A RESOLUTION TO DEDICATE THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES <br /> TAX TO BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PUBLIC SAFETY <br /> Councilmember Shetron introduced a resolution that would dedicate the <br /> Alcoholic Beverage Tax for the purpose of Public Safety. Mr. Castleberry read <br /> the resolution in full.
