The council reviewed the December 31, 2010 year end financials. <br /> C) CONSIDER AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE 2010 ANNUAL BUDGET <br /> Councilmember Matthews introduced an ordinance to amend the 2010 annual <br /> budget. Councilmember Matthews moved to read the ordinance by title only. <br /> Councilmember Insell seconded and the roll call count was 6 for and 0 against. <br /> City Attorney Castleberry read the ordinance by title only. Councilmember <br /> Bryant moved to further suspend the rules and waive the second and third <br /> readings. Councilmember Matthews seconded and the roll call count was 6 for <br /> and 0 against. Councilmember Matthews moved to adopt the ordinance and <br /> Councilmember Insell seconded. The roll call count was 6 for and 0 against. <br /> The ordinance was given #2011-01-03. <br /> D) ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> City Engineer Damon Johnson addressed the council with his engineer's report. <br /> Mr. Johnson said he nothing new to report from the last meeting but answered a <br /> few questions from the council. <br /> MAYOR'S COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh said there will be a joint Interlocal Meeting with the county on <br /> Tuesday February 1St at 5:30 pm at the Citizens Bank Annex. <br /> LIAISON REPORTS <br /> None <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />
