City Engineer Damon Johnson addressed the council with his engineer's report. He said <br /> because of the current rains and flooding, the wastewater plant would probably not make <br /> permit for April. Mr. Johnson said everyone was working together and ready for any <br /> possible flooding. <br /> F) REVIEW OF MARCH, 2011 FINANCIALS <br /> The council was given a copy of the March, 2011 financials for review. <br /> MAYOR COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh said he had visited with all the department heads and the City is <br /> preparing as much as possible for any potential flooding. <br /> LIAISON REPORTS <br /> None <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilmember Matthews asked if the no smoking signs had been ordered for the <br /> cemeteries and if had been any more discussion about moving the Fire Training Center. Mayor <br /> Elumbaugh said the signs were ordered and talk is underway regarding the Training Center. Chief <br /> Gleghorn said he had visited with most of the Fire Chiefs of the surrounding counties and so far <br /> had no objections. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, Councilmember Bryant moved that the meeting be <br /> adjourned.
