%W <br /> • RESOLUTION NUMBER <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF BATESVILLE TO SUBMIT AN <br /> APPLICATION TO THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF ARKANSAS FUND <br /> COMMISSION FOR AN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROJECT. <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Batesville is applying to the Economic Development of Arkansas Fund <br /> Commission for a grant for the design deficiency correction for erosion at the bank of the White <br /> River and at two culverts for the Batesville Levee/Floodwall project ; and <br /> WHEREAS,the plans for the proposed project have been outlined and a cost estimate prepared; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary that certain conditions be met as part of the application <br /> requirements. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of Batesville <br /> hereby authorizes the Mayor to submit an application to the Economic Development of Arkansas <br /> Fund Commission for the project. <br /> ENTERED this 12" day of October, 1999. <br /> ayor <br /> City Clerk <br />
