Mr. Shetron said he didn't like the fact that the resolution <br /> was not for a specific project but was open ended. Mr. Mabry said it was simply a <br /> standard tax back resolution form provided by the State and the State would monitor <br /> the business to make sure they were in compliance with the tax back rules. <br /> Councilmember Matthews moved to remove the resolution from the table. <br /> Councilmember Bryant seconded and the roll call count was 7 for and 0 against. <br /> Councilmember McDonald moved to adopt the resolution and Councilmember Insell <br /> seconded. The roll call count was 7 for and 0 against. The resolution was given #2010- <br /> 8-1-R. <br /> C) CONSIDER AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY IN EAGLE MOUNTAIN <br /> SUBDIVISION <br /> Code Enforcement Officer Chad McClure addressed the council. Mr. McClure showed <br /> the council the proposed rezone on a map and said the planning commission held a <br /> public hearing and there was no opposition to the request. Councilmember Bryant <br /> introduced the ordinance. Councilmember Shetron moved to suspend the rules and <br /> read the ordinance by title only.
