pretreatment training for the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Mr. McDaniel is the <br /> pretreatment supervisor at the plant. The training is schedules for August 2-5. <br /> Councilmember Krug moved to approve the out of state travel. Councilmember Bryant <br /> seconded and all voted for. <br /> Mr. Johnson said all departments were running smoothly even though they are running <br /> short because of summertime vacations. <br /> Mr. Johnson said he was still awaiting word from FEMA on the Levy certification. <br /> Phase 2 plans for the Wastewater Treatment Plant are still in the hands of the state <br /> agency waiting for approval. Once approval is made, we will be ready to advertise for <br /> bids. The Tunnel project is still ahead of schedule with approximately 250' left dig which <br /> should be completed in a couple of weeks. <br /> The sewer line project for the new DHS Call Center is in the process of acquiring <br /> easements for the new sewer line. <br /> G) REVIEW OF MAY, 2010 FINANCIALS <br /> The council reviewed the May, 2010 financials. <br /> MAYOR COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh said he had a conflict with the next meeting scheduled for July 131" <br /> He asked the council to reschedule the meeting for July 6t". Councilmember Bryant so moved <br /> and Councilmember O'Neal seconded. All voted for. <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh asked the council to continue to keep the Yauch and Rhodes families <br /> in their prayers. Specialist Chris Yauch was killed last week while serving our country in Iraq. <br />
