MAYOR'S COMMENTS
Mayor Elumbaugh said the City's vehicle insurance with the Arkansas Municipal
League denied a recent claim for an accident that involved brush falling out of a City truck
and hitting a car. The Municipal League said since the brush hit the road and then the
vehicle hit the brush, they are not responsible to pay the claim. If the brush had hit the
vehicle before it hit the road, they would be responsible. The council asked the Mayor to file
an appeal to the League.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Councilmember McDonald moved that the meeting
be adjourned. Councilmember Shetron seconded and all voted for.
