OF PUBLIC LAW 89-136, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS, under the terms of Public Law 89-136, as amended, the United States of America has authorized the making
of grants to public bodies and private nonprofit organizations or associations to aid in financing the construction of
specific projects:

the Economic Development Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce, may reasonably request in connection with
the application which is herein authorized to be filed, and further is authorized to accept any offer of grant which may
be tendered by the Economic Development Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce.
