A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY OF BATESVILLE PERSONNEL POLICIES AND
PROCEDURES SPECIFYING A 14 DAY PAY PERIOD FOR ALL CITY EMPLOYEES EXCEPT
FIREMEN AND A 21 DAY PAY PERIOD FOR FIREMEN; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l: That the City of Batesville Personnel Policies and Procedures
Handbook is hereby amended to establish a pay period for all employees of
the City of Batesville, Arkansas, except firemen and said pay period shall
consist of 14 days with the specific beginning and ending dates to be
determined by the Mayor and City Clerk.
SECTION 2: That the City of Batesville Personnel Policies and Procedures
Handbook is hereby amended to establish a pay period for firemen employed
by the City of Batesville and said pay period shall consist of 21 days
with the specific beginning and ending dates to be determined by the
Mayor and City Clerk. /
