AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY OF BRAD GRIFFIN TO C-3 LIGHT
COMMERCIAL,AND OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE,ARKANSAS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. The following property be and the same hereby is zoned C-3 Light Commercial located
within the City of Batesville, Independence County,Arkansas, to-wit:
A tract of land being a part of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 23, T If N, R 6 W in
the City of Batesville, Independence County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows: commencing at the northwest corner of said NWIA,NWI/4; thence
S 8$°12'01"E, 331.96 feet to the east right of way line of Eagle Mountain Boulevard;
thence continue S 8812'01"E, 395.0 feet to the centerline of an existing sanitary sewer
easement; thence S 09`18'53"E along said centerline, 224.26 feet; thence N 90'W,
450.0 feet to said east right of way line; thence N o437'19"E,234.47 feet to the point of
beginning. Containing 2.2049 acres more or less.
2. That the Batesville Planning Commission has recommended that the above described city
property be zoned as set forth above.
