HomeMy WebLinkAbout2000-01-01 C • • ORDINANCE NO. Axo- AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY OF J.R. ROGERS FROM R-2 RESIDENTIAL TO C-2 COMMERCIAL;DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS AS FOLLOWS: (1) The following city property be and the same is hereby rezoned from R-2 Residential to C-2 Commercial; said property presently owned by J.R. Rogers is the said petitioner for the said zoning classification change. (2) That the property is described as thus: 808 Neeley Street. Legal description of land: All of Lot(1), Block 67, of the School Addition to the City of Batesville, Arkansas, less and except the south 39 feet thereof. (2) It is hereby found and declared that an emergency exists and that this ordinance being necessary for the public welfare, it shall be in full force and effect from the date of its passage.
