ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY OF CHLOE PARINI FROM
R-2 RESIDENTIAL TO C-2 COMMERCIAL;DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS AS
FOLLOWS:
(1) The following property be and the same is hereby rezoned from R-2 Residential to C-
2 Commercial; said property presently owned by Chloe Parini is the said petitioner
for the said zoning classification change.
(2) That the property is described as thus:
890 Twenty Fifth Street.
Legal Description: Lots Eight and Nine of Block Fifty-Eight in the Maxfield Third
Eastern Addition.
• (3) It is hereby found that an emergency exists and that this ordinance being necessary for
the public welfare, it shall be in full force and effect from the date of its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS FOURTEENTH DAY OF MARCH 2000.
