AN ORDINANCE NAMING A CERTAIN STREET EAGLE MOUNTAIN POINTE,
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Batesville, Arkansas:
1 . That a certain street located in the Eagle Mountain Subdivision and
running south off Eagle Mountain Boulevard adjacent to lots 47, 48,
and 49 of the Eagle Mountain Subdivision and having heretofore been
unnamed, this street is hereby named and shall hereinafter be known
as Eagle Mountain Pointe.
EMERGENCY CLAUSE
That this ordinance is necessary for the proper delivery of mail and
other vital services including prompt fire and police protection of this area
• and it further being necessary for the protection of the public health, safety
and welfare an emergency is hereby declared and this ordinance is to be
in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage.
