ORDINANCE NO. aTJ-"y-1

AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND OTHER
PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS, AS FOLLOWS :
WHEREAS, the following described tracts of land is
currently zoned R-2 ; and
WHEREAS, the Batesville Planning Commission has
recommended that said tracts described below be rezoned
Historical Residential District R-1 to be known as HR-1 .
NOW, THEREFORE, the following tracts of land should
be, and hereby are zoned HR-1 .
Block 1 of the Bates Addition- South I-t of Lot 2 ,
South 1-� of Lot 3 .
® Block 2 of the Bates Addition- Lots 3 and 4 .
Block 3 of the Bates Addition- Lots 4 , 5 , 6, 7 .
Block 4 of the Bates Addition- Lots 12 , 13 , 14 , 15,
16, 17 , 18 , 19 , 20 , 21, and 22 .
All of Blocks 1, 2 , 3, 4 , and 5 of the Maxfield
Southern Addition.
Block 6 of Maxfields Southern Addition- Lots 1 and 2 .
Block 7 of Maxfields Southern Addition- Lots 1 , 2 , 3 ,
4 , and 5 .
Block 8 of Maxfields Southern Addition- Lots 1 , 2 , 3 ,
4 , and 5 .
Block 9 of Maxfields Southern Addition- Lots 1 , 2 , 3 ,
4 , and 5 .
Block 10 of Maxfields Southern Addition- Lots 1 , 2 , 3 ,

It is hereby found and declared that an emergency exists
and that this Ordinance, being necessary for the public
