EN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY OF HOWARD L. HOUSE, EDWARD
HOUSE, GEORGE RING -,hND PRESTON GRACE, 7R. FROM C-2 COMMERCIAL TO C-3
CONL ERCIA.L, 'UND OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE C=OF BATESVI1,1-2,ARKANSAS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The following property be and the same hereby is zoned C-3 Commercial located North and West of the
intersection of East main and While Drive of the City of Batesville,Independence County,Arkansas,to-wtt:
A tract of land being a part of the SE%of the SW'/•of Section 3,T 13 N,R 6 W in Independence County,
Arkansas.more particularly described as follows:
3egiruting at a point that is '_00.16 feet west and 43.78 feet north of the southeast corner of said SE'/4,SW'/.said
point being at the intersection of the north right of way line of White Drive and the west right of way line of East
