ORDINANCENO.
AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY OF IRENE BALL, BOB and
MARTHA BALES, ROBERT GARCIA, RICKY MIDDLETON, RONALD and PATSY
BENNETT, and MARCUS BOWERS FROM R-2 RESIDENTIAL TO C-2
COMMERCIAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS AS
FOLLOWS:
(1) The following city property be and the same is hereby rezoned from R-2 Residential
to C-2 Commercial, said property presently owned by Irene Ball, Bob and Martha
Bales, Robert Garcia, Ricky Middleton, Ronald and Patsy Bennett, and Marcus
Bowers are the said petitioners for the zoning classification change.
(2)That the property is described as thus:
Legal description of land: Maxtields Third Eastern Addition, Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13,
and 14 of Block 53.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 27`h DAY OF NOVEMBER 2001.
