AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY OF WHITE RIVER
MEDICAL CENTER FROM R-2 RESIDENTIAL TO C-1 COMMERCIAL,-
DECLARING
OMMERCIAL;DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS AS
FOLLOWS:
(1) The following city property be and the same is hereby rezoned from R-2 Residential
to C-I Commercial; said property presently owned by White River Medical Center is
the said petitioner for the zoning classification change.
(2)That the property is described as thus:
Legal description of land: Maxfields Third Eastern Addition, Lots 4, 10, and the
North '/z of 5 of Block 72; and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 12, and part of 5 of Block 77.
(3) It is hereby found and declared that an emergency exists and that this ordinance being
necessary for the public welfare, it shall be in full force and effect from the date of its
passage.
