AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS LYING IPJ SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 13
NORTH, RANGE 6 WEST IN INDEPENDENCE COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Batesville; Arkansas:
1. That the following described lands lying in Independence County,
Arkansas shall be rezoned under the classification of Commercial C--3:
A part of the NE', of SWq of Section 13, Township 13 North, Range 6
West, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the line be-
tween the NW4 and SW4 of said Section 13 a distance of 2743.80
links East of the Quarter Section corner between Sections 13 and
14 of said township and range; thence South z degree West 606.61
links to center of Highway #69 and the Beginning Point of this
Conveyance; thence Northeasterly along the center of said Highway
#69 a distance of 150 feet to a point; thence North a distance of
150 feet to a point; thence in a Southwesterly direction parallel
to Highway #69 a distance of 150 feet to a point; thence South a
distance of 150 feet to the Beginning Point, containing one-half
(z) acre, more or less.
2. A copy of this ordinance duly filed by the City Clerk shall be filed
in the Office of the Recorder of the county and recorded in the Deed Records
of the county.
