AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS LYING IN SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 13
NORTH, RANGE 6 WEST IN INDEPENDENCE COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAUND by the City Council of the City of Batesville,
Arkansas:

1. That the following described lands lying in Independence
County, Arkansas shall be rezoned under the classification of
Residential R-2:
Lots 6, 7 and 1/2 of Lot 6, Block 10 of the
School Addition, City of Batesville, Independence
County, Arkansas.
2. A copy of this ordinance duly filed by the City Clerk
shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder of the county
and recorded in the Deed Records of the county.
